Kerb & Gutter

Detention Pits
Detention Pits are suitable for a wide range of applications including storm water, inspection, junction, electrical and sewer. The concrete pits are manufactured under the same Quality Assurance procedures as the certified products and we utilise the same materials. Raft Slabs
A raft slab is reinforced concrete slab that is strengthened with integral concrete beams in both directions. Usually used as the foundation for new houses and extensions, raft slabs in Australia are designed to comply with Australian standard AS2870.
Dish Drains
Suited to a range of projects, our dish drains are constructed using high performance reinforced concrete pipe. It is not only versatile, but it is proven and can be used for many applications including drainage along the bottom of cuttings and retaining walls, forming an open drain into concrete slabs etc.
High-rise slabs
A concrete slab is a common structural element of modern buildings. In many domestic and industrial buildings a thick concrete slab, supported on foundations or directly on the subsoil, is used to construct the ground floor of a building.
Columns
A reinforced concrete column is a structural member designed to carry compressive loads, composed of concrete with an embedded steel frame to provide reinforcement. Columns are available in a range of shapes, sizes and finishes, can be circular or square and are designed to incorporate any additional features or fittings. Options for foundation connections include cast in base plates, dowel tubes or projecting bars.
Garage Slabs
Garage slabs take a lot of abuse. They have to support heavy cars and trucks and resist ice, dirt, salty water, de-icers, gasoline, motor oil, antifreeze, and other contaminants. Plus, since few garages are heated, they have to tolerate freeze/thaw conditions. But a garage slab that has been carefully planned, installed, and cured should have no trouble providing years of crack-free performance in any climate, even under the toughest conditions.
Beams
Where single storey columns are being used, continuous beams are cast to reduce the bending moment of the beam and, therefore, its depth. Continuous beams can also extend beyond the column support and provide bearing for smaller drop in beams between them.

Footings
Footings are an important part of foundation construction. They are typically made of concrete with rebar reinforcement that has been poured into an excavated trench.
